Please read the following Business Partner Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or participating in any ThriveHer Network business partnership or promotional program.
Purpose of Collaboration
ThriveHer Network collaborates with businesses to support, promote, and increase their brand visibility through our website, social media platforms, community activities, networking events, and the ThriveHer Treasure (THT) Shopping Card.
Promotional Support
As a Business Partner, your brand may be promoted through:
- ThriveHer Network Website
- Social Media Platforms
- Community Groups
- Business Meets & Events
- Workshops & Campaigns
- THT Shopping Card Promotions
No Sales Guarantee
ThriveHer Network provides promotional and marketing support only.
- Product or service sales
- Lead generation
- Customer conversions
- Business revenue
Sales performance depends on customer preferences, product quality, pricing, and market demand.
Payment Transactions
ThriveHer Network does not process or collect payments for products or services listed by Business Partners through the website.
All purchases, payments, deliveries, warranties, and after-sales support are the sole responsibility of the respective Business Partner.
THT Shopping Card – Free Gift Collaboration
Business Partners may voluntarily contribute products for inclusion in the THT Shopping Card welcome gift kit as a promotional activity.
These products are intended solely to increase brand awareness and customer reach.
Payment for Gift Products
Payment for products supplied for the THT gift kit will be released only after:
- The respective THT Shopping Cards containing those products have been successfully sold and shipped to customers.
- Product quantities have been verified by ThriveHer Network.
Payments will be processed according to the mutually agreed pricing.
No Sales Commitment
Participation in the THT Shopping Card gifting program does not guarantee product sales, repeat orders, or future business opportunities.
ThriveHer Network is not liable for unsold products or business outcomes.
Ownership of THT Shopping Card
The ThriveHer Treasure (THT) Shopping Card, its branding, concept, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns are the exclusive intellectual property of ThriveHer Network.
Product Withdrawal & Return
If a Business Partner decides to discontinue participation in the gifting program before product distribution, they may request the return of their unused products, subject to product availability.
Return shipping and handling charges shall be borne by the respective Business Partner.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping costs related to sending products to ThriveHer Network or returning unused products shall be paid by the respective Business Partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quality Responsibility
Business Partners are solely responsible for:
- Product quality
- Packaging
- Expiry dates
- Legal compliance
- Customer safety
- Product claims and warranties
ThriveHer Network shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, complaints, or claims arising from the products or services provided by Business Partners.
Modification of Terms
ThriveHer Network reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be communicated to all Business Partners before implementation.
